As a former Vice President of Quality Assurance, HIPAA and Compliance Officer, outpatient director, and graduate-level psychology instructor, she has helped behavioral health organizations achieve initial Joint Commission accreditation, CARF recertification, and Medi-Cal certification while building practical quality systems that work in daily operations.
